Not knowing what is going on or not going on, I'll say this and basing it on rumors and such
If he's requesting or turning it over to them, it may be bacause he's not getting manners handled internally like he wanted and such. You can only try to deal with things inhouse so much, and if you don't get support or backing necessary, you sometimes have to turn it over to someone else who may not be as friendly
(IE a small debt handled by a business can be dealt with one way, once they turn it over to lawyers or collection agencies it is dealt with an entirely different manner)

Finally had a few seconds to glance at yesterdays Kingsport Times. It does say a few players will be sitting out for violation of team rules or it says something like a few may sit out this week for violation of team rules. Just FYI.

Hello form Tennessee (GO VOLS ) A friend of mine in BSG told me that Robbins and the principal were in "hot water" with Kilough for two things. (1) Dragging their feet on displining the players that were in trouble and (2) Robbins was called before the school board for making harassing comments to a player who later left the team. Also he supposedly has parents complaining about favoritism in who he plays and don't play.
